If they are not used I would say that we should remove the ones that have a non existent email adres and email the ones that do have a valid email adres with the question if something went wrong with their signup and the message that if we do not get a reply that their account will be removed or something?

Is there some way we can see how long ago users from active accounts last viewed our site? Someone who has not logged on for a couple of months we could also send a message asking if they are having problems or if they want us to remove their account.

It would be nice to keep the user list up to date.
