Mods to the chassis? None.

I was able to squeeze it in with custom engine/trans mount brackets and ZERO modifications to the chassis/engine crossmember/etc.

The Vi-PEC is around $1700 USD at this time IIRC. Motor is completely stock standard, except for the ITB's and manifold back exhaust.
