jon - iv located them topmounts in your shop, as i thought the 5age kit would cost way more than its worth. i once found an mr2 mk1 race car for sale on ebay which already had 5ag, hks pistons etc alreaddy installed it only went for 2k for the whole car, i was kicking myself that i couldnt get the money together to make a decent bid!!

il try and do the whole "how to" thing and highlight any problems i come across etc!

my base 7afe arives tomorrow!!!!! so work will comence tonight with cheapo performance testing of my old engine to guage the difference numericly! i dont have the spare cash for dyno runs!!! Tongue

just curious how much does a 7AGE engine cost at your places....

when you buy, are you required to buy the whole half cut..or just the engine will do?

Euh, as far as I understood the engine has to be built from an 7A-F engine. Dunno what they and the extra parts would cost.

7AGE finished!!! the full story coming soon btw i think all parts including new clutch came in at about £600

Hmmm....£600..that is equivalant to 4,283 Malaysian currency...whoa...hehe

How much did the parts cost you and the labor? And did you have to change the piston rings and water pump or oil bump or any of the bearing?
