I was reading the whole thread when i read about the heart transplant...
The 20V you bought was already AE86 converted?! Which is the setup that you're using with the BT? Standard ECU? Give me please some details, i'm researching for myself as my 4AGE is dying slowly and i don't want to waste any money, if you know what i mean.... And did you had to do any changes in the engine bay to fit the 20V?! Regards |

If you dont want to cut your firewall, you have to move the distributor to the "front" of the engine, and in my case the water pump house was modified so it can take a 16V water pump in. Thus I dont have any kind of water coolant pipe on either side of the engine. If you do all this, you dont have to modify anything in your engine bay (apart from the heating switch on the firewall, the OEM airbox cant fit if you have it, so take it out )
