My childhood dream :-)
Nothing serious i guess :-) People that have done this before love the overall better torque. I had the option to rebuild my 4AGE or build this thing from scratch.... so i opted for this one.

Next question.... i´ll stick to the stock rods but i assume the small end needs to be reworked, cause with 4age pistons the pin needs to rotate in the small end. Will it be enough to ream it a bit larger or do i need to insert bearings ?

My childhood dream :-)
So, decided to do some refreshening to the body. Think i will leave out the lower rear panel at all and if it´s necessary the pockets as well. So my question is where to cut the pockets? I asume they need to be cut in a way, that the welded in panel lines up with the trunk floor ?
