LHD AE86 headers and exhaust
Hi Lt86,

As promised, I recorded a few clips of my AE86 with the Martelius street system for you Smile

Cold start (recorded at ~50cm from the muffler)

Some high revving action Tongue

Iddle when engine's hot (recorded pretty close from the muffler)

Sorry for the quality, I recorded these with my phone, I don't have any better method for recording video unfortunately. The sound it's not that bad though, I think you can get an idea of the real sound and volume Wink

Hope that helps! Thumbs up!

Hi Headrush,

Thanks! I ordered mine a few days ago so I'm very curious. I wonder how it would compare to the one I currently have. Everyone seems to be very happy with their Martelius exhaust so that's a good sign Hurray!

I took a look at the Martelius website and it looks like they offer a version of the street header for cat equipped vehicles, part # 490020D. Unfortunately it doesn't sound like any of the cbe units are meant to work with cat equipped vehicles, but it's hard to say for sure considering I'm using google translator.

Pipe diameter is listed at 38 - 44.5 - 50.8.

Do you have any soundclips Tongue?

The street system is indeed very very modest. It doesn't sound very sporty but it's good not to draw too much attention.

How was the fitment with a stock location cat?

Does it come with a flange for this style 02 sensor?

I am running their aftermarket cat as the system is not intended for use with the original.

I had them put in two holes for bosch style wideband - one for the ECU and one for use on the dyno. I am sure they can do a special one for you as well...
