yeah plannig for my bi-Garret T2-turbo conversion nah just kiddin, im staying NA. turbos are for a friends Uno Turbo..

Front brake lines are from Fiat uno Turbo, or?
Can you use from standard Uno?
Custom made are expensive, so I would like some stock maybe from other car.

I compared the Uno and AE86 brake lines for fronts. They were different and with incompatible fittings ! Maybe there is some FIAT lines that will fit - but not UNO ones.

That is the nut for the bolt that holds the control arm to the engine cross member.

Those brake calipers look good, are they your originals cleaned up ? If so you can tell the influence of climate, mine are horrible rust encrusted things.

Apolan, how did you paint your calipers? How did you cleaned them and what color is that? IT LOOKS GOOD!

brake lines were custom made, all 8 brand new (including the rear midlle and clutch line) for less than 40 euros.. so thats like 5 euro per line. i dont think thats expensive.

for some 60 euros i've had all four cailpers rebuilt (new washers, sandblasting). thats the picture with silver cailpers. then i have painted them black with a thermolack (+600'C).

so they look like this now..

anywayz now im in my last stage.. just have to put on the transmission and driveshaft. everything else is done. almost. also have to prep the engine, put in neew oils, filters and such.. hope it will run after 6 yrs of, well not running.. =)

i have a big question about the rear bumper. i have checked the epc, and it shows two suport frames (left and right) for the bumper (the thingys behind the rear bumer). but all i have is like 15 kilos heavy solid steel frame that links left and right? is that normal?? can anyone take a pic of that? because it is really hard to put on a bumper w/ that in place..

another thing is about those clips that hold the brake pads in the cailper. are those universal? can i get them at the brake servis?
