Yes no bad valve seal gives you 1l+ consumption alone sounds hard but your rings are smoked. Had the same Problem on a friends honda engine he also thought it where the seals I told them it's the rings and I was right in the end

Yeah it is piston rings.... My rear bumper is filled with grease from the oil......

Make sure you get the right valve seals from Supertech as they do 2 sizes. One for the OEM valve guides and slightly slimmer ones for their own guides to suit the dual spring setup they offer.
