I have one in my car, i must say that you need a dyno run to set it up. My advise is that you dont mess with the settings before you have done everything to the engine that you want to do. Such as sharper cams, flowed ports in head, exhaust system and so on... The SAF-C is the last polish on the engine tuning, and has to be done on a dyno.

But you have to beware of the consequenses by adding or removing fuel...Your engine can die on you if you give it to much or to little fuel... Banging head

It won´t die if you give it too much, but it will if you make it WAY to lean.

I dont quite understand the question...an SAFC is not a tuning part in the simple sense of the word. It allows you to optimise performance AFTER making changes to the engine (compression, turbo, cams, itb's etc..). It will have no positive effects on an otherwise stock engine.
And as the previous posts say, even if you changed the engine enough to put the SAFC to good use, you will need to dynotune it for best results (wideband lambda equiped dynamometer preferably).

Well it is in my hands so why not to use it? Dumb question
Any suggestions not to make the engine "WAY too lean" as Denmark said?
Thanks to all for your interest... Thumbs up!

Well with a stock engine don't change the settings. And when you do change the settings just make it richer not leaner. I don't think you need to make the engine run leaner.
