I have to say, its years since opening up the workshop in a morning gave me a smile like the one I have every morning since I got these.

F****n hell, did you buy the whole school or just the cars?

Its funny really because I saw the Drive+Survive website and was planning on going for a rally session. Looks like that's not going to happen now. lol

Friend bought the whole school and I bought just the AE86's and all the spares that went with them. Cost me a fortune to get them transported upto North Wales from Chipping Norton! I then had 3 300mile round trips in our lorry to get all the spares back up to our workshops (talk about tired)!!!

Thay are all mechanically well sorted and spec is good too. Only problem is battered not rusty body panels as they have been hitting cones and tyre walls for ages with no repair or replacements.

But with new wings and some filler here and there they will be ready to go through the paint shop, emerging as full on drift cars .

I do have one more question for you.

How come they kept getting advertised for sale? You obviously didn't want to sell them, infact I get the feeling that you're the guy I phoned about buying a load of parts last year. Were you just testing interest to see if its worth selling them if it is ever necessary?

now i look at the pictures, i seem to recognize the cars.

I believe i saw them once on Discovery Channel, in a programm about Men vs. Women (Who's Better.... or something like that).

There was 1 which was about rally driving!
