Looks like Yahoo Auctions is off limits now
After work today I tried finding a component via Yahoo Auctions, and was greeted with a page explaining that the site is no longer visible to European users.
Now a VPN is necessary then. Does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve a VPN? No more models can be added to the already ridiculous collection, I was hoping to find 2 more before I stopped collecting too. |

Hmm. Yahoo auctions still work for me through my own VPN in Switzerland as well as here from Thailand.
You could try accessing it through Google translate as that would act as a proxy and works for many geo blocked sites AE86 ex-daily |

Really bad news! With FromJapan I seem to be missing the images, so that's quite useless. Buyee is possible as they proxy the images, but it's really slow.
 Now I can't continue to find the holy grail of AE86 leaflets without a VPN...

Looks like Yahoo Auctions is off limits now
The pictures sometimes fail to load for me too. Still it's mostly accessible, which is awesome.
After some research, it appears that Yahoo's lack of availability is because of a failure to meet EU privacy laws. |
