Adjusting handbrakes (+ back up light with pictures)
I have same problem with reverse light, i have a shortcircuit somewhere, have tried new switch, didn't work. didn't have time to fix yet, but you don't need for MOT/APK , not sure for RDW though.

The handbrake is working, thank you guys! Smile

Now only the back up lights, I think i'm missing the cable between the lights and the gearbox. And a picture of the suspected cable.

not for the handbrake - these cables are not connected on my car either.

Right in the spot! Smile I have exactly the same problem and have been discussing it with friends for some time! I checked everything else - fuses, light bulbs, boxes when i finally firgured it out - no cable! Smile Could someone (with a present cable) take some photos and describe it. I need a raplcement!

cj, I made some pictures of the sensor. It's located under the car on the left side of the gearbox (small part).
I'm glad that I managed the lighting so I can travel tomorrow to the RDW to get a registration for the car.
The cables are original red with a black line in it. Succes CJ! Thumbs up!

The red cable is found if you follow the engine wires. The engine wires run from near the vacuummeter
