what do you people think of 13x7 (cca 10 ET) with 185/70 13 tyres? pros cons..
im thinkink of widening the stock 13 steel rims. |

I don't know about performance, but 185/70 R13 seems a bit odd.
I mean, you should choose a tyre-rim combination that gives you a big choise of used tyres. If you're planning to drift the car that is. Otherwise disregard my post. |

thats the stock size for ae86.. idunno.. i will buy some 14' rims somewhat later. but now i have to go w/ 5.5x13 that came stock on my hachi. so i was thinking about widening the rims to 6.5x13 or 7x13 for the time beeing.. so what tire sizes should i chose for theese rims then?

Apolan, the "70" profile ratio is a little more than needed. If you drive on good roads - you can use even "50". I will use "60" - here the roads are like swiss cheese !
The perfect size (my opinion) is 195/55/14" on 7J 14" Supra rims (i.e. small ET rims). |
