Hmm..another fine example of the stupidity of some people. I can still remember when lots of americans refused to eat french fries after the french people spoke out against going to war in Iraq.. French fries arent even from France but that kind of detail didnt seem to bother them.

Ivan, if you really want to be nitpicking on that old discussion, wasn't it the french that helped the Americans obtain their independence from the UK? If the french hadn't been there, USA would still be an english colony
But thats just the way the world works I'm afraid... We Europians are just as bad as the Americans sometimes when it comes to these sorta things. In the end this is just a joke

That's just the thing..I dont think it's very funny. That page was most likely opened because they wanted something to diss the french with, not because they happened to find france's history in warfare amusing.

If you look at the page it is mostly humorous stuff, so I don't think it was intended to diss France in particular.
