Clutches
In my red AE86,i had ,when using oe gearbox,a illegal garage's clutch,And it did not slip,at 260hp/320nm!
It was better then the pure copper clutch i got for the Supra gearbox, It´s almost like the stock clutch in drivebilty,So go for it, It´s also pretty cheap regards, Skassa Any fool can go fast in a straight line. VEMS Blacktop 4AGTE20V 272hp/350nm """www.turbotoys.dk""" |

I dont have one myself, but I also think the Illegal garage clutches would be the best choice for fast street/drifting use. They dont have fancy looking paddles but they are durable, can handle a lot of punishment and have a very nice price for a complete kit including pressure plate and release bearing. To top it off they offer good driveability.

He attacked everything in life with a mix of extrordinary genius and naive incompetence, and it was often difficult to tell which was which. |

I dont have the time to properly organize a groupbuy but if theres more people interested it woudnt be such a bad idea if it lowered the prices... Besides i pay a lot of customs here... the ideal would be the person that organizes it to be in a "non customs" country (like UK i guess?). The price i got was 295$ (200mm for 4age) + 60$ shipping. Im in for one, lets see if someone takes the lead. Cheers

Oh, a additional problem. I Don´t know with size I will need. I need a clutch for a late spec 4A-GZE out of a AE101-Levin.

He has them built by a friend of his that does this stuff professionally I guess. His website http://www.illegalgarage.com has been under construction for ages now).
Just let him know exactly what engine, flywheel etc. you're using and he'll be able to find out what size you need. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |
