Guess you mean idle speed instead of timing? could be a vacuum line..they're rubber as well.

yes idle speed. Sorry in my country they said timing
 Yeah that what the old owner think. he told me that maybe the problem is de vacuum line.do u think should i change those rubber? I hope he can solve this soon |

Today I did some engine bay cleaning in the cold weather. So here is the result:
