nmwisima, please post up some pic's of how those are wired into the rest of the wiring loom. I have a pair of those foglights waiting on my desk until I find a non-bent inner headlight bracket, but I havent a clue if there is any stock wiring already there that we can use.

The car had some aftermarket foglights in the past (lower at the bumber, you can see the holes) and a switch at the inside. So it was kinda ready. If you ask an electrician he can do the job preatty easilly...

LOL! Big Grin Big Grin
Reminds me I want to connect my foglights as well. But since TE71Corolla changed the whole wiringloom they are not connected anymore. Got this week a few days off to get the car MOT-ed and I need to fix my headlights anyway, so I'll probably look into that as well. Wink
AFAIK: the foglights are on a different circuit, since my popuplights are directly connected to the fusebox and only work during normal lights, so it should be quite easy to figure that out. Tongue

If you guys would have read my post correctly you would have noticed that I mentioned that I didnt know if there is any STOCK (i.e: already there) wiring that you can use to connect them to. I'm not an idiot...I can wire up a relay to a switch...but it's going to look a hell of a lot better if there is stock wiring in there, maybe even a possibility to use the stock fusebox + relay.
I'll admit that I might be able to find this out for myself..but why should I when our nmwisima has the example at hand?

I think that there is no stock wiring since the car had no foglights from the factory. I guess the easiest thing to do is to wire the foglights to open when you turn on your lights, but i dont think its legal to do such athink.
My fogligts are just connected to a switch, using the allready existing wire loom from the old foglights.
I promise that I will ask on Monday and find out if you can use some excisting wiring loom. I promise, you dont have to get ungry Smile

I know that the switch in the dash has a different wire for the foglights, which goes to the headlight control relay. But probably from there it just puts up the juice on the lights. Undecided

What I could really use would be JDM wiring schematics. That would be plenty information. But lets not go rambling on about foglight installs...we're cluttering another project thread.
