im currently HAMMERING my selv in the head daily, while fixing the AE86 for the spring..... ( and i dont want to weld anymore!
 ) But ill keep it untill it falls completely apart... And then ill find another chassis to weld on... and when thats broken.....ill try to find another chassis to weld on and put my parts on..... So yes.. Get the car back, what else are you going to do with all that spare time not having a 20 year old car blowing up on you every now and then!

 Dont worry I haven't forgotten about our little project, I've just been swamped with work the past few days  Busy getting a major release of our software out to door and those things always take more effort than my private life can take

200SX is less reliable then your ae86, so stay away from that car IMO.
To keep the S13 in good condition requires a lot more money, time and knowledge then ae86. Good luck with your next car. Mx5 is not that bad choice, but I never driven one so who am I to judge. Drifting - best fun you can have in your car with your pants on! |

Hmmm, so it is a bad dream after all.
Damn, I think we all can understand what made your mind up, so don't bother people saying you're making the biggest mistake of your life (and so on): they are just in denial.  No, 20 years old cars need a lot of time, money, patience, time, attention and time. Oh, did I already mention time?  That's my biggest problem now: it's just an endless loop getting the car in good shape.  So, I understand. On the other hand: YOU'RE MAKING THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE!

Today I bought my new car.
A brand new used Miata.96 model, 1.6 engine around 100PS, no LSD. Now i need new shocks and of course a Torsen from the 1.8
