pistons prolly had less than 5k on them so it would be a waste of money to replace em. they are 0.5 oversize and no dmg at all.

No not yet need to wait for the engine after that its a matter of placing and running it :-)

There is one thing that has been bothering me about the pictures that you showed us. One of the pictures you named "reworked head+ports", yet when I look at the ports there are some things that catch the eye..Do you know exactly what they did to the head? Just deshroud the valves? Minor blend on the bowls? etc. Did you compare them to a picture of standard ports?

they worked on the valves as well don't know how to say it in english ? (geslepen ?) Lol.

I checked with one of my heads and this one was less "thick" they chopped of some

damn in real matter of tuning I don't know the words!

Damn it runs so great! i'll post pics soon. The engine is great. Have to keep it below 4200 rpm the first 1000 km no full throttle in 3 4 5 gear i can push it around a bit in 1 and 2.

My hachi is back on the road!
