What is this?
Hi guys! Can anyone of you tell me what this black thing is underneath my inlet manifold? And shouldn't the blue connector be connected to the other blue plugg??

If it fits, connect it, blue goes on blue and toyota pretty much makes sure that if something shouldn't connect, it wont fit...

Yes that's the TVIS actuator.. It's likely that the connector is broken. But I dont think it makes that big of a difference. Lets us hope it does though, would be a lucky break for you.
