i Hate kit car builders

By the way the photo is a fake

it is standing still if you look at the car good you'll see that there is a car in front and the "cops" photo says 2 m behind him that a little close at those speeds

Robo,

Whats wrong with kit cars? I love kit cars, especially when they have an original design (I dont like people turning a VW beetle into a wannebe lambourgini for instance).

Hehehe
since ist all about my former car.........

The foto is taken at a speed of 60 KM/H

A friend of mine took it a few months before my wedding, they gave it to me in a frame.

It realy shocked me at first (it is 5 years ago now)

Where did they get this pic. HEHEHEHHEHEH

anyway

The car was running 280 cams with 8.6mm lift

stock ignition 40mm Mikuni Carbs

It was capable of running 7800 RPM 5th gear flat out.
thats about 235 km/h on the meter (so maybe some 220km/h)
i`ve calculated it some day (gear ratio`s)

the stoplichtsprint avi is a non agressive start.

Normally it was possible to start @ 6000 rpm 1st gear turning your foot off the cluth, friction plate slip does the launch for you, passing 108 km/h in 2nd, shifting gears @8500 rpm, it was a nice car

fuel consumption normal driving 1/10 km hard driving 1/6 km
tires full set michelin 4*SXGTV`s 195-50-15 8000 km without burnouts without blocking when braking.

for you dutch guys, that have a big hart,

Try coming from Den Haag A12 turning into A27 direction Hilversum @215 km/h. :-)

That`s what it is ment for
(the guy that invented combustion engines must have had that in mind)

So, see you all later and keep it sideways...............

AE92 GTI
VW GOLF TDI 4, yeah i know.............

Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up!

VW GOLF TDI 4, yeah i know.............

Uhh that´s right first and then left ??
I knew you were crazy but hè, you´re out of your f#cking mind Huh

I almost drive there every day, but my Yaris is going out of the lane at 160km/h and that with a good set of springs and the yellow koni´s...

Oh and I´m glad you have your TDI Big Grin
It´s a good starter up for the 86 of mine Wink

hhehehehhe

Yeah, out of my mind.

It was about 8 years ago, start acc @ afslag De Meern all the way to the intersection a12\a27 (5 KM) so flat out is a understatement.

this is done step by step (5 km @ a time) then one day there is no step left.

that was the last time i did this BTW

I never repeated it.

Entering the corner from parallel lane @ 215 ending up at the end of the corner doing 195-200 due to friction i guess. raising your hart BPM to about 300 heheheheh.

The car will slide a little over 4 wheels, BTW for any one who is willing to try this, this was before they started using ZOAB for road surface in this long bend.

ZOAB (zeer open asfalt beton) meaning a mix of concrete and tarmac resulting in a open structure for making water leave the surface quickly.

This has significantly less grip................

So take care!!!!!!!!
And start @ 140 or so...........

Laterszzzzzzzz.
