I need a new car....
Seriously,
Since the wife is going to be driving it most of the time, my mind is actually going more and more towards buying a hot hatch of some kind. Maybe an FWD Corolla. With the rear seats down a hatch can still haul the stuff I need, and a smaller car fits the wife much more. And I don't feel bad putting a toehook on one of those Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |

Mmmmm it's time for 7-seater AE86 ?
Just one baby - are you sure Mux ? Not 2 or even 3 ? I will recommend Corolla Verso - if you can afford it (without sarcasm). |

I need a new car....
NoHachi,
Seriously, Ivan's 440 has crossed my mind several times already. I have always liked that car, its comfy, luxurious, reliable, relatively fuel economic and can be bought for little money. Also tons of em are driving around so plenty of spare parts. If they have been treated well and have not had any accident damage they most of the time are rust free aswell. I don't even find em that ugly either Need to find one with A/C and leather though Would prefer the station over the sedan also but if it has a toehook I don't really care if its a station. Maybe Ivan can hook me up through his dealer contact? Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |

Good option but I think if I am willing to spend that much money (it is an option to buy new but I may rather go for a company car through work then) I might actually go for importing something special. More then likely its going to be something not to powerfull, practical, cheap, but not to old since I don't want a rust buckit and it needs to be reliable. Remember, I have the hachi for fun, this thing is all about practicality. Something to drive the family on vacations with without the wife complaining about the stiff suspention and noice and without fearing the baby gets crushed in an accident Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |
