Well, no answers yet, I'll give it a few more days and send another mail by the end of the week..maybe give-em a call.
Count on the following...silvertops are indeed dead cheap..thinking that it will be around 500E maximum for a tested silvertop ready to be collected at a harbour in Holland. Blacktops are 3x as expensive as silvertops, but shipping etc stays the same. Other engines can be had pretty cheap too..RB20DET and 25DET halfcuts for maybe around 1200E, cheaper if you need just the engine. GZE's are the same price as blacktops..though compressors+manifolds sometimes come on offer for 60E or so.
Dunno..first need a reaction from the sellers..at the moment I'm focussing on a toyota dealer that can get expensive engines, but is reliable. After that I'll have to find a shipping agent and start collecting parts.

Skassa, the toyota dealership has not replied yet...do you know of a good way to reach them?

@Ad: If you can get us silvertop engines for the price that they should be (500E) then throw the price online and open up the order book.
However, considering all the secrecy etc about prices that all the importers seem to upkeep I'm guessing you want too much for them too.
