Engine wont rev. Fuel pump?
Understood.
Today i checked what I can find from the boot, and it was only "fuel level meter". I expected to find a fuel pump, but there were no hoses at all, just some wires. This is the thing I took of the tank from the boot side. Maybe someone of you have some pics of "removeing the fuel pump" process? (sorry for my bad english ) It would be extremely useful for me White ae86 Levin |

This is the thing I took of the tank from the boot side. quote] holy crap you dont have a pump! problem solved lol, you have to drop the gas tank. its a long process if the tank is full. but quite easy to do. you can shoot power to the tank to see if its not a power issue first. the other wires by the ones you disconnected for the level are the pump ones. just make sure you are gettin 12vdc with power on. if not then drop tank and have fun. 1/4 tank or less is ideal. E is better. try not to drink petrol when syphoning. did you rule out spark? |

Engine wont rev. Fuel pump?
about 10 to 15cm closer to the front of the car is the pump mount... what you have there is the float. As EFI became more used, the combining of the float and pum p became the standard. In our OLDE cars... there are two assemblies that drop into the fuel tank.
That is why I DIDN'T say access the assembly from in the trunk(boot)... You MUST drop the fuel tank to get to the pump assembly. Dan - You can | .... OR you can ask for help!!! OST Porting service - http://hachiroku.net/forums/showthread.php?t=19991 |

I dont remember it being accesible from the inside in any ae86.. some people cut a bit out of the floor to gain access.
