About the rubber, i had already thought about it, maybe i'll do that.
My main worry at this time is the heat coming from the manifold to the feet. I don't know what to do to avoid the overheat of the driver feet area.
Maybe some heat protection film glued to the chassis.

As you know I've removed my insulation, and I'm not experiencing heat problems...

That won't be a problem for you, I think. Just get that thing running... and faaaast!!

You can rap your exhaust manifold with special insulating tape. Something like this:
