Hey guys!

First thing: I'am very sorry that I wasnt wrighing anuthing.
I've got so much work, all the time I'am driving around my country with my buisness things.
Because I've been buisy there are not a lot of changes in Corolla BUT:
she's prepared for painting - she looks incredible even now, like a new car from factory! Colour is chosen. It's very nice but all the time I have doubt will it be ok. Colour will be bright so I am worried will it fits to black bumpers
Engine also is ready. I suppose it will be quite fast
Everything what i've ordered from U.S is allready here - 4 links, lsd repair kit, power gauge etc.
Upholstery also ready since long time


I hope in one-two weeks it will be ready and driving.

Two weeks ago we won next rally - Rally Agapit.
Next week I'am going to take a part in race on Hungaroring with my Kia Picanto Cup

I dont know now I spoke to my "BOSS" - beyoncee
Colour I wanted was very bright gold - I forgot about blue interior and that bumpers are black so it will look strange

hmmm, well, interior can be re-upholstered (saw that in another thread, or was it this one?), so perhaps you can change it to some bling-white-leathery-kinda-pimp-my-ride thing?

and the bumpers, well, hmmm, very bright gold, what would fit with that... black could be good, usually black looks good with everything.

But you might consider spraying the bumpers in the same colour and have a 'seemless' hachi?

bright gold, blue interior, and black bumpers..hmm that is a tad off. maybe just match paint the bumpers?? i think that will balance it out, if not then maybe paint the car bright silver, black w/allot of metal flake, or a blue w/metal flake. i think those colors would look good w/the interior color.

If you want to know how gold/black looks.. search for krh's thread on the forum...Personally, I dont like gold on ae86's at all.

gold ae86 are ugly like shit imho. But why not go with a dark colour. That should suit the interior

Better keep it in a blue tone.... You said it yourself: blue interior... And it really suits the car, plus it's not usual. I would go for a slight darker blue, but after all it's your car, so....

As for the gold... hmmm wouldn't be my choice, though I won't chime in with the ugly remarks. Depends really on the tone of gold. A real in your face bright gold wouldn't be my thing, but a darker gold with black might be a really nice combo.

It won't suit the blue interior though. You should have used black leather then...
