How many brakelines does an ae86 have? Seen kits with 5 lines, 6 lines and 7 lines :S

I guess all versions are possible, just depends on whether the fronts are 1-piece each, or 2-piece each.

hope it helps to clear things up (or maybe it just worsens things).

Each front brake line consists of two separate pieces. The rear discs have one piece each. There is also a single piece flexible pipe between the chassis and the rear diff housing.

The braided kits make the front lines as a one piece.

I think some of them include a braided clutch line too

Actually just 4 brakes lines and 1 rear distribution line which connects rear brake system to the main system. So in total, yes 5.
