how well it balance?
it depends on your machine shop, when you building an engine for this kinda horse power, you need to bring the crank, con rods, crank pulley and Flywheels to your machine shop to do a Blue print so you'll get every thing fully ballance.

sorry i dont have any dyno papers measure at the crank. should add another 20% of the 212hp around that range to the flywheel
