crankshaft timing pulley.
your supposed to use SST 09213-70010 and 09330-00020 to remove it. Basically a tool that bolts to the pulley so you can hold it while the other undos the nut. Then SST 09213-31021 to remove the pulley, which is basically a puller. You must be able to buy these new although I dont know the part number. It should be stamped on it .
