The stock ecu was never build to handle a certain duration. The ecu simply can't calculate the firing and fuel beyond certain ranges. (excluding what the cam duration is) And the standard ECU can run ITB''s as it is preformed multiply times. But you will need to modify the 16V tps sensor because the 20v has different wiring. The standard ECU is actually pretty good but you will need to fool it sometimes. And as it stands it will run but not as sweet as programmable ECU would. Because it has the limits that where built in.
