Toda 288 - Cam timing

This is what I got from one of the posts in the thread.
Max Lift @ IN 100 ATDC/ EX 100 BTDC, or 100/98. Determine true TDC of piston #1 in phase 2 of cycle. Mark on degree wheel. Turn crank & degree wheel 100 ATDC (clockwise) Twist inlet cam in the adj gear until Max Lift occurs. Tighten screws. Turn crank & degree wheel 100 BTDC (anti-clockwise) Twist ex cam in the adj gear until Max Lift occurs. Tighten screws.
