there's a tyre size calculator on this page http://www.carbibles.com/tyre_bible_pg2.html covers loads of info about tires in general - good read
185/70 would be too big - I run 185/55 but that is on 14" I'd try 185/60R13 allround - Federal tires do theire 595s in this size, they should give you plenty of grip on the front. And still remain a bit loose on the rear with properweightshifting and a bit more tirepressure
