Sorry to say, but AE86 and cheap can't go together these days.
But IMO it's more that AE86 is 20 years old car.
You can get some very good deals if you are into tunning (120€ complet set of bushings, 120€ complete set of gaskets for engine...).

Anyway, glad you are intrested in hachiroku!
