James' AE85/86 Build

So i purchased my first and second car about a month apart. My first car is a 1985 AE85 And my second car is a 1991 AE91 that i purchased because i was no longer able to use the family hand me down car.

My AE85 has alot of rust and this is preventing it getting a WOF. I have taken it for a quick drive down the road and back a couple of times. The 3AU has got a big end knock so i have purchased a 16v smallport.

I have started to disassemble it in preparation of a rebuild. I will be using itb's. The first question i have is do i use the ones of a silver or blacktop?

If all goes well it will be having the rust cut out in a month or so.
