its a bit difficult mod, but possible. look it up in google!
you have to put the engine in tilted to the right side by 20degrees to fit it under the hood, modify the oil pan, cut and relocate the throttle body to the front side of the induction box. you have to use a W5x series gearbpx, possibly w55, w57 or w58 and make or search and buy a custom bellhousing inbetween. also there may be some firewall space problems occur as well.
