no problems with rain. The only way that water can enter in engine bay is when the car is stopped. Then the water will fall between the water cooler and front of the engine (proper hood cut is made immediately after water cooler).
PS: For example - Mitsubishi Lancer implements even bigger hole in front hood and there is no problems with water.
PPS: There are holidays in Bulgaria until Monday. I already talked with fibreglass guy and gave him some photos, but at the moment I just wait him - for price and deadline.
