AE86 for sale with incorrect mileage

I almost bought this car from the previous owner in october last year. His name is Martin Groth, from Denmark.
The mileage of the car at that time was 209 xxx km. It`s now for sale with the mileage 109 xxx km !
I have talked to Martin Groth to be 100% sure about this, and he has confirmed that the mileage was 209 xxx km when he sold it !
