Hi,
62,49€ for a pair of new shocks? You´re sure you´re not missing any sales tax? The adjustment on the Konis is not on top, so it´s not difficult to get it shortened. You adjust the rebound(is that what its called?) at full compression by turning the rod against the body. I wouldn´t cut the shock mounting and lower it by 100mm, it´s a lot effort and I it will be the lowest point on your rear axle.
