If you ask about original part on the 4AG:
if you have "analog" dash it's a round bulb

If you have digital gauge (but you don't) it's a switch.

If you ask if every sensor in the world are the same: NO
You can't take a sensor from another car or brand and expect it work like the toyota one.

Yes but not really close. It's more closer to the oil pump.
Look your own picture:

See under the bracket of the Power steering pump ?
just after (between oil filter and oil pressure sensor) you have a bolt, but it's NORMAL, this is not the place of the oil sensor

That way it will be easier to tell you if the sensor is missing or not
