Idle problem!!! HELP!!

Fix the problem. Now the car idles at 1k. Thanks for the input guys.
I have cleaned that valve thoroughly and it seems to work better. And played around with the vacuum lines. Basically blocking them all out!! Speaking of those sensors. How much is that green one at the back? I need a new one. Also I changed the sensors over at the front. And the guage is still not working.
