MR2 v AE86 - how different is it to drive?
Hi everyone!
I'm shopping around for a new car at the moment, as I felt like something a bit more back to basics than my current car. I'm after a low power, fun instead of fast, back-to-basics car and feel like getting something RWD. That's basically boiled down to the mk1 MR2, the AE86 or possibly a Mazda MX5. I was wondering how the AE86 compares to the MR2 to drive? I mean, I know the main difference is the layout but in terms of feel etc? The problem is that most of the good AE86es are loads more expensive than a good MR2, so I'm not sure if its really worth the extra for someone who isn't obsessed with Initial D & drifting! I know you guys are all extremely biased but I'd be really interested to hear opinions |
