Personally I'm not really a bit fan of vBulletin because of professional experience with it, but I do appreciate the offer!
I'll add it to the list of contenders then.

It used to be a nice software and now gets worse with every release, that's why I stopped renewing the update support. I think the latest version 3 is pretty nice, 4 is manageable but already worse out of the box.

In case you need access to some files for testing let me know.
