To get to 200+hp I would recommend you get yourself a nice F20C / 3SGE-Beams engine...
Running that kind of hp on a 4age, especially one with carbs and a distributor off a 6k rpm max starlet engine is outside the realm of realism. Getting that out of the 4age will cost you more than the abovementioned engines, and be a lot less reliable/driveable. Best you read the engine builds on the forum to get a realistic picture of what is possible for a given budget. I'd say 160hp is more than ambitious enough in your case, but I'm just guessing.
