my bluetop 4a-ge won't start HELP

Got some seriuos problems.

Thing is my hachiroku atm is stored in dry garage, fired up like every week or two.

Everyting was fine to last week, i just came up wanted to take it for a ride, but pretty much my 4 pistons just made a cough and then noting even a one beat.

Up to date checked:

-nice and big spark
-fuel pump is running as a hear it after every single attempt it does build initial pressure in the system.
-new distributor cap plugs and wires (was working on this set)

Engine is fairly stock utillises only fuel pres reg from red top which is if i remember right like 3 bar instead of 2.5 bar


I have no clue, i have checked all connections preety much HELP!!!
