Levin or trueno identification from vin number ?

If it starts with a number it is a JDM car and then you can find out by looking at the range. You can find the ranges at Toyodiy.com.

If you already have access to the enginebay it is a lot easier to look it up on the vin plate on the firewall:

The code could be something like AE86-ECMQF or AE86-FCMQF
Corolla starts with E and Sprinter starts with an F in the second range. Wink

Actually I'm in Lebanon, and have a list of ae86 vin numbers from the firewall...
Also, what ae86's came with the metal pedals ? I mean the accelerator pedal crosshatched? Because many ae86's i've been in have small rubber accelerator pedals...
I wanna filter out the levins so could you tell which are the levins among them?
