Wheel adapters - track safe?

Probably better to get a set of 15's to fit the Corolla and then swap the tyres to suit. Make sure that whatever you do you make sure that you can use the hub locator to centre the wheels correctly. Be careful about using just the wheel studs to hold the wheels on, especially given that yours is a track car.
