Have had a few polybushed AE86´s, non ever made noises... I think yours must be dry, you could easily take them back out regrease and put them back together, that should last for a couple of years.
the noise will be comming from the insert in the bushing, you can spraylube as much as you like, but it ain´t never getting in there.

I´d stay off rosejointed arm, the noise is a lot worse in general, they wear fairly quick, if the car is daily roaddriven.

Get traction brackets for pinion angle alingment.
