Looking at the intake manifold it should be a smallport. But as mentioned it could have an adapter. (why would you modify an FWD intake if you don't use the normal head with it)

Easiest way to find out is take off the intake manifold. On the intake port side you can easily see if it is a smallport. Then apart from everything, they could have swaped the smallport head on an old 7 ribbed non oil squirt lower block but lets stay positive and think its an redtop 4age with oil squirters :-)
