We aren't Ivan, we're going to have the head checked over properly and deciding on route of action from there.
Also have a spare head.

Already bought a TRD gasket and it should have arrived (long conversation with Interstink Express there).
I'm really hoping to not find cracks in the block, but if that comes to it, I at least have a spare block too that I can swap the lower assembly in after new rings and bearings.

I hope it's something simple however, not been given a chance to fall in love with her yet!
