The flange is further off than it looks in the pics. I'm not expecting to find any problems with the mounts, but I'm still going to check them at the request of Martelius. (They are cusco mounts and only a few years old.) The face of the flanges line up good enough, it's just the clocking is off . There's no way to twist the exhaust to make it line up.
In the outlet pic you'll also see a stock replacement SARD cat, and Brave cbe. The car is my daily and I'm currently using a US spec TRD 4-1 header with those parts. I've had the header for 5 years and it's in great condition (no cracks or repairs). Everything lines up perfectly with no fitment issues. I've also used the same TRD header with the stock cat / cbe, and an HKS sport cbe. The TRD header has been on 2 different cars and engines. Everything has always fit and bolted up perfectly. |
